If you want to be appointed as a Guardian of a Person with a disability to make medical treatment and personal care decisions for them while they are incapable of doing so, we can prepare and file the court application .If you need to take care of the financial affairs of someone with a disability and that person cannot sign a power of attorney, we can prepare and file the court application requesting your appointment as the Guardian of Property.
